This is the replacement for the Z1 and Z2 AC Power Supply for CPAP Machine. This is the original manufacturer's power supply direct from Breas. This is the power supply required to power the Z1 and Z2 CPAP machine when connecting to a wall outlet. The current used in the United States is 110 volt and in other countries it is 220/240 volt. If you are traveling to different countries the wall socket design and shape may vary. If you use any other AC power supply then it can damage the machine. The box contains only the cord and the AC power supply.
