You probably noticed we do things different here ... we don't make you create a customer account before you purchase. We thought you might appreciate that. To get an account, you must complete a successful purchase after which you will be asked to enter a password. At this point you now have an account and can enjoy all of our customer benefits.

Your customer account provides you with the following benefits:

  1. Customer Referral Incentives
    Receive rewards when you refer a friend who successfully completes a purchase with our store.

    How Does this Work?
    When you find a product we offer that your friend is looking for or will appreciate, you can click "Refer a Friend" and send them a referral email. The email your friend receives will include a discount coupon for him or her to use when he or she comes to purchase from us. When your friend completes a successful purchase, we will send you a discount coupon to use on your next purchase.

  2. Review Previous Orders
    Your customer account will allow you to review your previous orders and print invoices.

    How Do You Do This?
    Log into your account at http://www.thecpapshop.com/customer.html and click "View Previous Orders." You'll be able to see a list of all your previous orders. Clicking one of the orders will then allow you to view the items in that order. Clicking "Print Invoice" will show you other details about the order.

  3. Review Previous Items Ordered
    Quickly reorder previously ordered items on your "Previous Items Ordered" page.

    How Do You Do This? Log into your account at http://www.thecpapshop.com/customer.html and click "View Previous Items." You will see a complete list of items you have previously purchased. Enter the quantity you would like for each item available and the line item total will automatically update. Scrolling down the page will reveal your total and the "Add to Cart" button. Click the "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the page will add all the items to your cart at once.

  4. Track Order Shipments
    Know where your orders are as they are shipped to your destination address.

    How Do You Do This?
    Log into your account at http://www.thecpapshop.com/customer.html and click "View Previous Orders." You'll be able to see a list of all your previous orders. Clicking one of the orders will then allow you to view the items in that order. Below your Order Information you will see a link that allows you to go to the shipping company's site where you can track your packages' progress.

  5. Receive Special Customer-only Discounts
    Save money on your subsequent purchases with our store.

    How Does This Work?
    Periodically we will send out newsletters that contain links to special customer only pricing and/or discount coupons. If you want to share these special savings with your friends and family we invite you to do that.

  6. Faster Checkout Process
    Save time during your next checkout.

    How Do I Do That?
    You can log into your account once you get to the checkout page or log into your account at http://www.thecpapshop.com/customer.html. In either case, your billing and shipping address information will be populated immediately.

  7. Update Your Account Information
    Keep your account profile information updated.

    How Do I Do That?
    Log into your account at http://www.thecpapshop.com/customer.html and click "View Profile." You will be able to update all your profile information: billing address, shipping address, email address and password. Updating your email address keeps all your previous order information available for viewing at your leisure.
