The velcro ends of my headgear rolled up too. Cheap velcro. However, a little duct tape around the ends works miracles. But then it can't be adjusted. You'd think that for such an expensive item, they could build a little quality into it.

The Quattro FX headgear is very easy to put on and stays in place over the night. No overtightening is necessary to get a good seal.
However there is one trick to having a good seal by following the instructions to put the mask on the nosebridge at an angle, then put the bottom in place and pull on the headgear. I had to learn it to get a hang of it but I can put it on now in the dark when I have to get up at night.

I love the head gear. But i wish they would us real velcro. I sleep on my sides and back. I don't let the mask or headgear interfear. What i have noticed is the ends of the straps roll up. After awhile there is less resistance, meaning the strap ends come loose when i try to fasten them, and roll around in bed.

I switched from the original Quattro mask, to the new FX model. The headgear has been redesigned too, it really keeps the mask in place and i'm not tightening the straps too much to get a good seal.
