Hybernite fits all CPAP Systems, even those using standard, non heated tubes.

Easy to set up: The Hybernite Rainout Control System consists of the Hybernite Heated Breathing Tube (HBT) and the Hybernite Power Supply Unit (PSU). The Hybernite HBT connects to the Hybernite PSU via an easy plug-and-play connector.

During respiratory therapy it is of utmost importance that the patient receives the optimal humidified and heated gas. Currently, the main focus is on delivering humidified and heated air to the patient whether they are undergoing sleep therapy or ventilation therapy. For sleep therapy, we have developed the Hybernite® rain-out control system, which is a heated tube using it own power supply which prevents condensation in the tube when a heated humidifier is used with a CPAP or Bipap Machine.

Plastiflex Healthcare obtained ISO 13485 and Annex II, MDD certification and CE marking for the Hybernite® ROC System. Plastiflex Healthcare is QSR compliant.

Cleaning

Warnings:
1. Do not clean the power supply with water or any liquid.
2. Do not use harsh soaps, detergents, solvents or alcohols to clean the tube.
3. Only reassemble the system when the tube is fully dry.
4. Do not use a dishwasher to clean the heated tube.

Cleaning Instructions:
1. Clean the heated breathing tube every day.
2. Press the lever and pull the connector housing to disconnect the connector lead from the
heated breathing tube connector port.
3. Wash the heated breathing tube in slightly warm, mild soapy water.
4. Rinse the tube using clean water.
5. Gently tap the connector cuff to remove the surplus of water from the connector port.
6. Hang-up the heated breathing tube with both cuffs hanging towards the floor.
7. Allow the tube to dry.
