"Really like mask" - Review by bettsplace
Really like mask

I didn't want a full face mask and liked nasal pillows but am a big mouth breather (chin strap did not work either)...so this was my answer. I really do like the mask as an alternative however after wearing it for a little over 6 months it has stretched out a little and the weight of the hose (and hard elbow) it seems to pull down on device and breaks seal for nasal pillows. I usually end up putting hose up toward my forehead rather than hanging down while sleeping creating less pull on nasal pillows. Silicone seal that fits into hard shell seems to be not as snug as it was when new....slips out more easily. I really like the head strap better than any other tried. I can sleep on sides with this mask with hose up over my head. I have found if it becomes too noisy it is because the seal is not tight between hard outer shell and silicone liner.

"Hate this mask" - Review by Kimberly
Hate this mask

This was a big fail, loud, noisy and digs into my face leaving red welts. Loosening straps does not help... then does not seal. ughhh!!

"Noisy and uncomfortable" - Review by Gary
Noisy and uncomfortable

I really wanted to like this mask, but it is has some major flaws:

1) Comfort: It takes a lot of work to get this positioned just right and when you do, it doesn't last long...

2) Design flaws: Quick Disconnect does disconnect. Elbow joint is very stiff. Exhale flap doesn't seal contributing to noise. Mask connectors had to get on and off, especially when sleeping. Headgear rubs the top of my ears.

3) Noisy: The elbow, nose pillows, front vent and flap don't seal well and makes this mask considerably louder than my full face mask.

What I like about the mask is the chin support, the part that seals against the face works very well and the improved visibility while wearing mask, but overall, I just wasted a considerable amount of money... I guess I'll continue purchasing at my local store at least I can return a mask that is this uncomfortable.

"Hybrid is a Great mask" - Review by Greg
Hybrid is a Great mask

I was so tired of having a sore red area on the bridge of my nose. I tried different types and sizes of full face mask and even the more expensive gel masks had this problem. I'm also a side sleeper and the smaller size of the Hybrid mask works great for me. Ilike the fact that it comes with all the differnt size options because full face masks I've had in the past vary in size by brand. I really love the Hybrid and would never go back to a standard full face mask.

"Unique" - Review by John

I purchased this mask quite recently, in an attempt to try something new. I'm not a fan of the full face masks covering half my face, and the normal nasal pillows kept blowing out uncomfortably because of my high pressure. Enter the hybrid. It has nasal pillows, but also a bit that goes over the mouth so not only does it keep my mouth closed, it keeps the nasal pillows securely in my nostrils. A wonderful fit all around.

"Good experience" - Review by dodger6768
Good experience

I've been using this mask for 3 years. Most full face masks don't work for me due to the fact that I usually sleep on one side or the other. You have to have patience in getting it to fit, with the multitude of nasal pillows and mask sizes that come with it. As we all no nothing is perfect, but this mask does the job with little leakage. I would be afraid to switch masks.

"The Hybrid CPAP mask" - Review by Dave D.
The Hybrid CPAP mask

I've been using the Hybrid for 3 years and I can tell you that although I bought it to replace my Swift when I have a cold, it's become my main mask. The only problem I have is the fact that I have so many extra pillows and mask cushions from the big size selection. I don't want to just through them away, so what do you do with all the extra parts you don't need? They don't sell just your size. I think The CPAP Shop 's prices are good, especially if they pay for the shipping.
