We know your sleep therapy is critical to your quality of life. We strive to have it at your door as soon as possible. We ship nearly all orders that same day! Depending on your location, most packages are received in 1-5 business days. Expedited options through UPS are always available. Your order can be tracked using a link provided via email at time of purchase. You can also log into your account and check your account details, order history and any reviews you placed with us. All orders over $99 will receive free ground shipping to all 50 US States!

We want you to be confident that when you shop with us, you are receiving the best value available. If within 7 days of your purchase from The CPAP Shop your item goes on sale or you spot an online or retail competitor with a lower price on the exact item, let us know and we will credit you the difference.

When will my credit card be charged?

When your order is placed, we will authorize your credit card for all in-stock items. Because we normally have all items in stock, an authorization is a temporary hold on the funds. Charges to your credit card will be cleared the night of shipping. You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to you, by calling 1-866-414-9700, during business hours. No emails about order cancellations please.

Most orders placed on our web site by 4 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 98% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most sleep therapy equipment when you order.

Need it faster?
Quicker shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary — select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details. Not available for large or heavy items requiring special shipping or items shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.

APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. territories:
Most orders are delivered to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates. Allow extra time for delivery.
