Great addition to my CPAP. Did not use a humidifier prior and tended to have sinus issues. The warm air seemed to help almost immediately.
But do yourself a favor, wash the water tub every day! I learned my lesson with old musty water.

The Respironics PR System One Heated Humidifier is integrated into my CPAP system. I have been using it for 2 months and it is adequate, if set to the maximum setting of 5.
I have the System One Humidification setting set to ON. With this setting setting, the CPAP System senses the temperature and humidity of the incoming air and controls (limits) the humidification to prevent 'rain out' in the tube. I could increase the humidification rate by turning the setting to OFF, but with it ON, I don't suffer the problems with condensation in the tube.
I like that it is integrated with my system and does not require having another device on my nightstand and another connection to the power outlet. The unit with the humidifier attached, it is smaller and lighter than my old CPAP machine by itself, so it is very convenient to take with me when I travel.

The Humidifier for the PR System One is great for travel. It's very difficult to get water through (and thus ruin the machine), but makes cleaning interesting. It has lots of humidity options and a decent size tank, but don't sleep in too much or you will run out of water.

This system is very quite and easy to use.
However the humidifier is really poor. I live in the desert southwest and conditions are very dry. When I use the full mask (nose and mouth) I get cotton mouth almost instantly.
The humidifier tank is very small and after 6 hours of use it uses very little water despite the relative humidity in the house being 18%.
I would not recommend this machine to anyone in the desert southwest. Get a machine with a real humidifier, not a preprogrammed device that says it knows what humidity you need.
