This is the original equipment headgear supplied with the, Ultra Mirage II nasal mask, Mirage Micro nasal mask, Mirage Softgel nasal mask, Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask,Mirage Activa LT nasal mask, Mirage Activa, and Mirage Quattro full face mask. It works great on older Mirage nasal masks as well.

Breath-O-Prene is made from polyurethane foam with an outer layer of nylon and spandex. There are no adhesives used in the construction of the headgear; the materials are heat laminated together.
