This mask leaks, it's not meant for anything but back sleepers so it gets knocked off easily if you sleep on your side and it's hard to reseal after that happens. the description says that there are leaks expected.. how is one supposed to sleep when they have air blowing directly into their eyes. I'm going with the Resmed Mirage Quattro - it has a great seal, and you can adjust the forhead part to ensure a good seal.

Compared to the Comfort gel blue full face mask, this Amara mask produces more airflow and more noise. The ResScan report shows that it had a high leakage of air. Triple checked and switched between mask and the Comfort gel was quieter and it seemed to have greater pressure when my mouth was open.

I have used cpap for eight years. I have used the Amara for three months. This mask is light, easy to use, and clean. It is the most comfortable one I have used. Only "con" is that it blows air straight out from the mask and bothers my wife. A little noisy, but okay.

This is my second full face mask. The first did not have the support against my forehead and it leaked horribly because I am a side sleeper. I got this mask and the special CPAP pillow with the cutouts and have slept better that ever. I especially like the adjustment button on the center forehead section that allows me to adjust the pressure of the mask on the bridge of my nose while, at the same time, maintaining lateral support which is key in elminatin leaks beneath the eyes. This is a GREAT mask.

This is the first mask that I have been able to use all night. It is a little noisier than others I've tried but I have gotten used to it. I am mainly a side sleeper and this mask doesn't seem to slip and cause air leaks like others I have tried. took me a while to find the right adjustments for my face but now that I have everything is great. putting the mask on correctly is imperitive to prevent leakage. I have been using this mask for almost a month and I recommend it . Thanks for the ease in cleaning.

I particularly like how easy it is to use. Snapping the cushion in and out is very simple and makes it easy to clean. I did realize that over-tightening the mask can hurt the bridge of my nose. Once I corrected this, it is very comfortable and light on my face. It is much better than my old ultra mirage.

I didn't like the mask when I first used it since it pinched my nasal bridge. However, after loosening the straps and repositioning the mask, it actually is quite comfortable. Thanks for the suggestion!

I've used the mask about one week. It meets my expectations for comfort and ease of use. The cushion is soft and its very easy to click in and out of the frame. Makes it very easy to clean as well. My husband told me that the mask is a bit louder than my Quattro. I have not noticed it and it not significantly more noisy according to him. But maybe respironics can look at adjusting the exhaust ports.

I've only had this mask for about a week, but so far I really like it. It is a lot lighter in weight than my previous full face masks. And I see that changing out the cushion is really easy too. Really good idea for people with arthritis.
