I think this mask is nearly as good as the swift fx. It is really lightweight and comfortable. The nasal section is a bit different. I tend to switch off between a few masks since it causes less issues on certain point on my face. Give this mask a 4+.

We understand that finding a real unbiased review is very important. Because of this, we spend hours talking to customers to better understand their likes and dislikes for a particular mask. Our review for the ResMed Swift LT nasal pillow CPAP mask:
ResMed improved slightly upon the Swift platform by creating the next generation Swift LT. The Swift LT has all of the attributes CPAP users like about the Swift II including some strategic design changes. For example, ResMed continued with the minimal, lightweight design (2.3 ounces) while improving upon its quietness. One major change from the Swift II is a departure from the barrel design. The Swift LT’s delivery system is much more compact at approximately 50% smaller than the Swift II, making it ideal for side sleepers. In fact, the tubing connects directly in the middle of the barrel and rotates 360°, allowing for sleeping in all positions comfortably.
The improved nasal pillows are dual walled and sit on a flexible base, allowing vertical and lateral movement without compromising seal. The nasal pillows are designed to reduce dryness by limiting the volume of air entering the nostrils. In addition, the outer pillow inflates with air while the inner pillow offers soft, stable support.
Although, the headgear design was also improved, the buckle at the back of the head, albeit smaller, is still incorporated into the design. This is a negative to some users. To appeal to women, ResMed’s Swift LT for Her has pink headgear and an extra small nasal pillow.
Overall, the improvements to the Swift LT have provided users with an enhanced CPAP experience and given them a reason to upgrade from the Swift II.

I'm new to nasal pillow masks, and I'm glad I tried it. Very comfortable, I can sleep on my side pretty well. The mask is quiet, I don't disturb her sleep anymore.

I've been using this mask for over a year now and find it to be extremely comfortable and durable. The straps do tend to rub on the ears and cheeks, so the accessory pads are a good addition. I do wish this mask had a "cozy" like the FX does. Condensation can be a problem when using the humidifier.

I have been using the ResMed Swift LT mask for about a month now, and it is great. Very comfortable to wear.
Tried a nasal mask, but the headgear was uncomfortable, and I felt for to caged in wearing the nasal mask.

So much better than Swift II
This mask has fewer parts which makes cleaning easy. The pillows soft and the barrel makes it easy to change positions during the night! The first nasal pillow musk that gives you the freedom to turn and toss... I have two of these masks and recently bought the next generations of Resmed Swift FX Nasal Pillow Mask which I like even more.

I prefer this mask over my Swift II. The rotating barrel was a great idea, I get a comfortable fit. And the headgear is soft, I can sleep on my side.
