I travel with 2-3 more expensive ones and bought two of these to try. I traveled last 30 days to Europe Hong Kong and Northern China and was surprised that this adapter worked as well as others I buy for $40-$50. I carry one in my portable CPAP case with my ResMed CPAP and humidifier - always ready to go. As and advise I suggest you always pack a 5' power cord as I find that some hotels need an extension to reach a power source!
