Price Value Quality When my 9 year old constant pressure CPAP machine stopped working, I went to my old local DME and she gave me a Respironics PR System One REMstar Plus CPAP Machine as a replacement. It was so quiet I couldn't believe that it was on. When I tried it with my old mask, I was pleased with the C-Flex feature the most. I can now exhale effortlessly. With my old CPAP, in the morning, I used to feel like I had been blowing up balloons all night! I really liked this machine, but my DME failed to get it processed through my insurance, so I returned it and ordered a System One on-line for much less than my insurance co-pay was going to be.
