I have sinus problems, so having the option of switching pillow types is important to me. I use the Nasal Pillows as often as I can. But when I start having congestion problems, I switch to the Simple Cushions. They're just more comfortable for my airway.
My only complaint is the headpiece is a bit heavy. But I can also sleep well on my side with this mask

I have now had this mask from CPAP Shop for 6 months. For approx 8 years I have been using the Respironics Profile Lite mask because I found that the nasal pads were a noisier mask in the past. I tried the Comfort Lite 2 mask locally and found it to be very quite from past nasal pad masks I had tried.
I then went looking on the Internet for this mask. CPAP Shop's prices are very competitive and the gentleman I spoke with when ordering was very helpful.
Shipping to Canada was not a problem and even with the shipping costs it was still a lot less than what the same mask costs locally. I will definitely be purchasing another one from these folks.

I really like the headgear, it it is rarely noticeable and is comfortable. The headgear is in excellent shape after more than a year of nightly use.
The nasal pillow assembly can easily be adjusted for tightness and alignment with the length of my nose.
However, it's not really adjustable to match the angle of the nostril itself. You can try to bend an aluminum brace, but it isn't anchored solidly and will come loose if bent much at all.
I liked another brand that had individual pillows that could be rotated to any angle. But that brand's headgear was pitiful, flimsy, and the rubber parts were attacked by body oils after four months or so. [ I had to rework the thing every couple of months with glue, tape and nylon tie wraps.].
I wish Respironics would do a minor redesign on their nasal pillow assembly.

I have worn a pillow mask for years and sometimes when my nose is irritated I have to switch to another non-pillow mask.
This mask really does both. When the pillows start to bother me, I can pop them off and put on the cushion which goes over my nose and I'm all set. A great idea. Thanks for showing it to me.

Didn't like the headgear design for this mask, I couldn't get comfortable. Spoke to someone at thecpapshop and they showed me the Optilife mask. Much better design for me. Thanks for your help!
