We value our customers privacy and the information you provide
while shopping with us. We adhere to a strict policy of
protecting our clients and the unauthorized use of their
information. Under no circumstances will our clients names or
email addresses be sold or rented to any outside parties without
authorization.
Safe Shopping Guarantee:
We provide our customers with a safe and secure site which is
protected by encryption. All personal information is encrypted
before it is sent to prevent unauthorized use. The lock on the

Order Information:
All services are performed by Agile Medical independent of the manufacturer.
All information in the shipping and credit card areas must be
filled out completely. Orders will not be shipped until your
credit card has been processed or bank check/money order has been
received. Please call if you are going to order with a bank
check/money order. Free shipping on orders over $150 will be sent USPS ground(standard shipping) only.
All domestic orders will be shipped USPS ground unless otherwise
specified. Please indicate within the shipping screen if you
wished to have your order shipped overnight or 2nd day air.
All international customer orders will be shipped USPS unless an
alternative is requested. Please contact us for shipping rate
estimate or enter your personal information
at
www.usps.com. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for international customers
who refuse a shipment. It is the responsibility of
international customers to understand all duties, fees and taxes that
might occur in customs before placing an order. Arrival time
is approximately 4-7 days for domestic and 7 days for international
orders. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as inventory
comes available which will delay receipt. Please view the USPS

Warranty/Return Policy:
All CPAP products are new and direct from the manufacturer.
We DO NOT sell used or refurbished equipment. CPAP machines
are covered on all parts and labor for 2 years by the manufacturer.
CPAP masks are covered for 90 days against manufacturer's defects.
Any damage caused by the consumer is not covered and therefore
non-returnable. FDA regulations state that any nasal interface product taken
out of its original packaging is no longer returnable due to
cross-contamination. If the product is defective, within the
warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we
will provide you with a return authorization number and a new
product. Non-defective and unopened products must be returned
within 30 days in order to receive credit. After 30 days,
products can only be returned at the owners expense and will not be
credited. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned
items.

PLEASE NOTE:
All CPAP machines and masks listed here

prescription. Prescriptions for CPAP, BIPAP and
Auto-Titrating machines must state the pressure at which the machine is to be
set. Prescriptions may be faxed by the patient or the patient's physician to The
