
Fast Shipping: Just because we offer free shipping on orders over $99 doesn't mean it should take a long time. We believe that getting your CPAP items delivered quickly is very important. We make every effort to process and ship your order the same day. You can almost always expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days to anywhere within the United States and is only $7.75 when the purchase is less than $99.
Shipping Information: All domestic orders will be shipped USPS (Priority Mail for the United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified. Please indicate within the checkout screen if you wish to have your order shipped by USPS or by UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day. We recommend selecting USPS Priority if purchasing a mask or cpap parts. It will be deliverd in 1-3 business days to anywhere within the United States and is only $7.75 when the purchase is less than $99. We recommend selecting UPS if ordering a CPAP machine, CPAP Battery, or if your order must be guarantees to arrive within 1 or 2 days. Saturday early morning delivery is also available; please contact us for this option.
Defects. CPAP masks carry a 90 warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective product, please call us and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you for the return. Once we have received the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect, we will then exchange the defective mask with a brand new mask. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer and the credit card will be charged for return shipping.
CPAP and Bipap machine carry and 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective machine, please call us at 866-414-9700 and we will quickly contact the manufacture and arrange for a replacement machine to be shipped to you for free. We will even include a pre-paid shipping label for you to send the defective machine back. Under the 2 year warranty most manufactures will replace the machine with a brand new unit. There are some instances where a manufacture will replace the defective machine with a refurbished unit.
Returns. For items returned for refund (for any reason other than manufacturer's defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact The CPAP Shop by phone or email before returning an item. 1-866-414-9700 or contact@thecpapshop.com FDA regulations state that any nasal interface product taken out of its original packaging is no longer returnable due to cross-contamination. Non-defective and unopened products must be returned within 30 days in order to receive credit. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
All of our CPAP products are new and direct from the manufacturer. We DO NOT sell used or refurbished equipment.
