How do I clean the device?

The chest strap and extension piece can be washed regularly (once per week or when dirty) with a mild detergent in a washing machine. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener. The straps should air dry. Do not place the device in a wet strap.

    How does one obtain a printable 30-day usage report, showing daily usage information (such as what is viewable through the weekly report shown on phone app).
