Cushion Comfort
To improve fit and comfort, the AirFit P30i nasal pillows are interchangeable with the AirFit N30i nasal cradle cushion. Thus, switching between the nasal pillow and cradle cushion enhances performance and compliance.
Headgear Comfort
The headgear is a one-size-fits-all model with minimal touchpoints on the face. The frame connects at the back of the head and can be adjusted with Velcro straps. It is designed to stay securely in position all night.
Maintenance
Disassembly is easy.
1. Pull the cushion from the frame.
2. Undo the fastening tabs on the headgear strap and pull it from the frame.
3. Squeeze the side buttons on the elbow and detach from the frame.
4. Clean the cushion after every use. Clean the headgear, frame and elbow weekly.
Noise Level
The AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow registers at only 21 dBA, minimizing disruption as you sleep. The unique venting system directs air away from you and your partner.
Ease of Use

This replaced a ResMed P10. I've only used it a few weeks, but so far it's a noticeable improvement. With the P10, I'd wake up several times a night with it slightly leaking. It only took pulling it away from my nose and releasing it to address that, but the P30 doesn't cause that hardly at all. I like the hose coming off the top rather than my nose, too. I like this much better than the dreamwear. It is more comfortable, fits better, doesn’t leave marks on my face and isn’t as noisy. The quality seems better too. I’ve tried 5 or so different masks and this is by far my favorite. (Posted on 9/1/2019)
I’ve been using CPAP for over 30 years and I’ve tried/used lots of different masks/pillows with both front connections and top of head. The P30i is the best yet for me (everyone’s face and needs are different). Like the P10, works with very little pressure on face and is as good at minimizing leaks as any i’ve had while on back or side. (Posted on 6/25/2019)
