How do you clean the water reservoir? Very difficult with the plastic cover

    • Chris Vasta

Hi Donna, to clean the water chamber of the iBreeze, first pull it completely out of the machine. Open the lid from the top to then clean it or refill it. It is recommended to clean the reservoir with mild soap and water on a weekly basis. Let it completely air dry before putting it back in the machine. If you have any additional questions, please call us at 866-414-9700. Thanks!

can I use my so clean with the resvent iBREEZE

  • Jennifer

If I want my doctor to review the data, do I need to bring the machine in or is there a way to retrieve the data off the machine? Is there a phone app that can be used with the iBreeze?

    • Chris Vasta

Hi Jennifer, you would have to take the machine with you to your doctor’s appointment to review your sleep data.

If I purchase this machine, will I be able to work with my provider so they can see my data? Does it transmit wirelessly to them?

    Thank you,

    • Chris Vasta

Hi Teresa, thanks for reaching out. This machine does not transmit data wirelessly to your doctor. If you have any additional questions or need assistance ordering, please call us at 866-414-9700.

How can I adjust the setting of air in and out? It sometimes stops causing the feeling as if air is blocked for a brief second. Almost like I need my breathing to be in a nc with machine! Which sometimes is difficult to do especially if your sucking for oxygen and out of breath?

    • Chris Vasta

Hi Tim, we recommend consulting with your doctor about your specific pressure settings. If you find your current settings are not working for you, they may be able to adjust them for you to have a better and more comfortable experience. Hope this helps!
