    I am a new user of the Resvent iBreeze APAP and am concerned about the WiFi Bluetooth so that my pulmonologist Dr. can monitor my progress. I bought the machine from The CPAP Shop. I thought that the machine had this Bluetooth wifi tracking ability so that my doctor could monitor my progress. How can this monitoring be done? I have not yet received the machine, PO#1001435104, invoice #113833sales rep Donna Roehr. I am a 79 yr. old senior male living on a small fixed income with extreme sleep apnea, COPD, chronic bronchitis, asthma, and some heart issues living alone. I also purchased the Hybernite Rainout control heated CPAP tube system. I am going to be using the Amara View full face mask which I purchased from The CPAP Shop. Can an inline bacterial/viral filter be installed in the tubing on the mask side as I also have seasonal allergies? Can you please help me? Thank you

    Hi Chris, I am a new CPAP user and was intimidated by the machine when I brought it home. The first night was horrible. I got little instruction from the provider because it is new to her.. However, after adjusting the ramp the second night, it was great. It works properly about 2/3 of the time. The other nights it stops and gives an error message “Error 504 not enough pressure detected. Reboot the machine and call your provider if the problem persusts” not the exact message but close. I turn it off. Wait a few minutes then back on. A couple times it has helped but mostly goes back to the errror message and I give up. I love it the nights it works. How can I fix it or could it be a defective machine. There is nothing in the instruction book about this error message.

    I recently purchase the IBreeze machine every indications that it had wifi/bluetooth connection however this is not true i just found that this is an option and was not explained to me. This makes me very unhappy i like the ability to look at the stats history but with machine i can not do it. If i was in the 30 day period i would return the machine to get one that has wifi. I am not happy. In your description above it I quote

    this is not tru the wifi is an option and was not explained to me.
