Does the CSpring Mini include the water bottle?
No, the system does not include the water bottle. It is designed to be paired with any standard disposable water bottle (which you provide) using the included universal silicone water top. 
Is it safe to use tap water with this system while traveling?
For your CPAP machine and your health, we strongly recommend using distilled water in your humidifier chamber and the external reservoir, even when traveling. Using distilled water prevents mineral buildup and scaling in your machine. 
How does this system compare to the larger CSpring MK3?
The CSpring Mini focuses on portability and travel convenience, using a standard water bottle as the external source. The larger MK3 uses a dedicated, expanded tank and often includes more robust hygiene features like UVC light for home use.
