Remove the top tabs of the headgear from the fabric. Adjust the length of the braces  uniformly. To put them back together, push the tabs back on the fabric.

Keep changing the fit of the mask until you find your perfect fit.

The elbow will rest on the  top of your head until the adjustments are finished. The nasal cushion will rest on your nose comfortably without obstructing your nasal passage.
