This Foam Cabinet Filter (F605) is comparable to DeVilbiss OEM 303DZ-605 and fits both the 525DS 5 Liter Compact Oxygen Concentrator, the 303 DS, CS, CZ Series Oxygen Concentrator and the DeVilbiss 10 L Oxygen concentrator. 6 Filters per Pack Approximate Dimensions: 3.75" (W) x 3" (L) x .50" (H) Oxygen Concentrator Filter Life: Cabinet filters are reusable. Filter should be washed monthly with soap and warm water. Dry the filter thoroughly before replacing it in the unit. These filters will deteriorate over time, so they must be visually inspected for cracks and breaks. Replacement can be from 3 months to 1 year.
