Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50 shipped to the lower 48 states (except for Nevada).

The free shipping method is UPS or USPS ground shipping. If you place your order by 3:30pm Monday-Friday and supply us with your prescription, we aim to ship the same day. Your order should arrive within 1-5 business days. If it has not arrived after 5 business days, please contact us with your name and order number.

If you need oxygen while traveling, you can bring a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) that is FAA-approved. Its accessories include batteries, carry cases, backpacks, tubing, filters, and more.

Your nasal cannula should be replaced every 3-6 months. Your tubing should be replaced every 2-4 months. Your filter needs to be replaced monthly. If any of these items are worn out or damaged before their typical replacement schedule, replace it immediately.
