The Q-Lite is an accessory designed to reduce acoustic noise which can sometimes be heard through the CPAP tube and mask. The compact and lightweight muffler is only 5 inches in length and contains foam baffling materials which greatly help reduce CPAP noise that can sometimes echo through the tubing. This foam material can be replaced to maintain the life of the device.

Compatibility: The ends of the Q-Lite Muffler are a standard universal size and compatible with all CPAP and BiPAP machines, with the exception of the ResMed AirMini.

The Q-Lite Muffler System can attach to any CPAP or Bipap machine (except the ResMed AirMini) and hose: Simply connect the included 8 inch short tube to your machine at the air outlet. The Q-Lite Muffler connects to the other end of the 8 inch short tube. You can now connect your regular longer tube to the muffler and start your therapy.Humidification:The Q-Lite Muffler system should not be used with a water heated humidifier sytem. Adding humidification with the muffler will saturate the foam baffling materials and not allow a proper pressure flow.

Cleaning:The foam baffling materials can be rinsed with water (do not use soap) for cleaning. It is important that the unit is completely dry before using.

Replace the Foam Layer:To ensure these optimal results, replace the foam every 30 days or upon visible deterioration of the foam.
