The quick-release elbow located on the front of the mask allows for easy tube removal for patients who may need to get up frequently throughout the night. Simply press down on the two tabs next to the elbow and pull away from your face. 

To reconnect the hose, simply put the elbow back in place and press firmly until you hear a click.
