When to Replace Your Headgear 

For optimal performance, hygiene, and to ensure consistent therapy, it's generally recommended to replace your headgear approximately every 30 days. Frequent replacement prevents stretching and wear, which can compromise mask fit and lead to leaks or discomfort.
