The HumidX system works well for most CPAP users but delivers less total moisture than a heated water humidifier. If you live somewhere very dry or run high pressure settings for your sleep apnea treatment, the HumidX Plus cartridge offers enhanced output.
This portable CPAP machine requires Resmed-specific setup packs to connect compatible masks — your existing Resmed mask won’t plug in without one, even if it’s the same model.

There's no onboard screen - all setting are mananged through the AirMini app. If you prefer a machine with physical controls, a full-size CPAP machine may better suit your needs.

AutoRamp starts at a lower pressure when you put the mask on and gradually works up to your prescribed CPAP therapy level as you fall asleep.

Effortless Humidification

The AirMini dispenses with all of that through HumidX waterless humidification — a Heat and Moisture Exchange (HME) cartridge that clips between the mask tubing and the mask. Each time you exhale, the HumidX cartridge captures the warmth and humidity from your breath and releases it back on your next inhale. The result is humidified CPAP therapy air — without a single drop of water involved.
HumidX (standard, for N20, N30, P10 masks), HumidX Plus (higher output for dry climates or high-pressure therapy), and HumidX F20 (for F20 mask users). Replace monthly.
Sleep Tracking and Data
The AirMini pairs with Resmed’s free companion app via Bluetooth, giving you a breakdown of each night’s CPAP therapy on your phone: sleep score, hours of use, AHI (apnea events per hour), and mask seal quality. CPAP for Flying and Long-Distance Travel
The Resmed AirMini is FAA-approved for CPAP use on commercial flights. Before you fly, notify your airline at least 48 hours in advance and carry a printed copy of your sleep apnea prescription — some carriers request documentation at the gate.
If your seat doesn’t have a power outlet, the AirMini is compatible with travel batteries including the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite, which provides approximately 13–16 hours of CPAP therapy runtime at 10 cm H₂O. Note that CPAP machines do not count toward your carry-on allowance under FAA rules.
