How to Choose Your Size 

To find your perfect fixed size, simply measure the circumference around your chin to the back of your neck. The tape should be horizontal to the floor, just below your ears. 

• Medium: For circumferences between 21 and 23 inches.  
• Large: For circumferences greater than 23 inches.
