How often should I change the liner?
This pack includes 4 liners, with each liner designed to provide a comfortable, effective seal for approximately one week. A single box provides a full one-month supply. 
Can I wash these liners?
While designed for weekly replacement, the liners are made of durable fabric. For hygiene and performance, we recommend using a fresh liner weekly, but they can be removed and reapplied if you need to wash your mask cushion during the week. 
Will these fit my specific CPAP mask?
Silent Night liners come in various sizes (Full Face, Nasal, and Minimal Contact) to fit the most popular mask models from brands like Resmed, Philips Respironics, and Fisher & Paykel. 
Do the Quick Stick™ tabs leave a sticky residue on my mask? 
No. The Quick Stick™ tabs are designed to be "tacky" enough to hold the liner in place but are specially formulated to leave zero sticky residue on your silicone cushion.
