Heat Moisture Exchanger (HME) for CPAP Machines

Heat Moisture Exchanger For Humidification: The hygienic, disposable HME works by capturing heat and moisture as you exhale and provides it back to you as you breathe. The HME does not use any electricity or complex moving parts.

HME Compatibility The Heat Moisture Exchange Unit for CPAP Machines is universal, and it is compatible with all CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP machines, with the exception of the Resmed AirMini Auto CPAP Machine.

HMEs are certified for 7 days of use but environmental conditions may affect your experience. If you are using an HME and feel that it is no longer working we recommend that you switch to a new one

    Couldn't live without this!

    I'm prone to a dry nose and was worried about using an AirMini since my mask set up isn't compatible with the HumidX. This was suggested by customer service. It works GREAT and no dry nose.
