    How long will this battery last with a full charge?
    The Pilot Lite Batteries will last 8 hours minimum and upwards to 16 hours with pressures of 10cm or lower, with the humidifier turned off, no heated tubing, and no excessive mask leaks. More demanding configurations such as a BiPAP, higher pressures, or having a mask leak can result in lower run times.
    What is the USB Port used for?
    This can be used to charge handheld devices such as a smart phone.
    Will the battery indicate how much power is left?
    Yes, pressing the multi function button once will show the battery’s charge level.
    Is this battery FAA approved?
    Yes, the P-12 Lite battery is FAA approved, however you should always consult with your particular airline and flight to confirm that your battery can be taken with you in your carry-on prior to traveling.
    How long does it take to recharge the P-12 Lite Battery?
    The Pilot-12 Lite will charge in approximately 2-3 hours using the cpap machine power adapter.
    Will this battery power my heated humidifier or heated tube?
    To achieve the advertised run times, the humidifier and heated tubing must be turned off. These accessories consume a high amount of power and will drastically reduce the battery life to only a few hours. 
    Is this battery safe for air travel?
    Yes, the Pilot-12 Lite is FAA-approved (95 Wh) and is permitted for carry-on luggage on commercial flights. It must be carried in your carry-on bag, not checked luggage. 
    Can I connect this battery to the wall and leave it plugged in all the time?
    Yes, the Pilot-12 Lite is designed to be used as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). You can leave it plugged in, and it will automatically activate to power your CPAP machine if the main power is lost.
