How To Use The ResMed AirFit F10 CPAP Mask?

  1. Hold the AirFit F10 cushion to your face, ensuring the top of the cushion sits comfortably on your nose bridge and the lower portion of the cushion rests between your lip and chin.
  2. Pull the headgear over your head with the two lower headgear straps released. Make sure that the label on the back of the headgear is facing outward.
  3. Place the lower straps beneath the ears and connect the headgear onto the bottom loops on the frame.
  4. Use the adjustable tabs on the lower headgear straps to tighten the CPAP mask. Don’t adjust them too tightly; the mask cushion should sit securely while still being able to move with you as you sleep.
  5. Attach the device's air tubing to the elbow. Turn on your machine to blow air through the tube.
  6. Remove the tabs fixed to the upper headgear. Adjust the straps uniformly enough to achieve a seal and attach them again. Avoid over-tightening as it can lead to leaks.
