Product Overview

The Contour Legacy Leg Pillow is designed to enhance your comfort while sleeping on your side, particularly for those using CPAP therapy. Made of ventilated memory foam, this pillow helps maintain spinal alignment by supporting your back, hips, and legs, which can help reduce or eliminate back pain. Its design also prevents overheating for a more restful sleep.

This pillow is particularly beneficial for side sleepers, a recommended position for managing sleep apnea as it naturally keeps the airway open. The Contour Legacy Leg Pillow is hypoallergenic and latex-free, offering a comfortable and safe option for sensitive individuals.

Maintaining your pillow is easy with its machine-washable cover. Just unzip, remove, and wash the cover on the delicate cycle, then air dry to avoid shrinkage. To further explore how this leg pillow can improve your sleep setup, consider browsing our Contour Products collection.

    Finally one that works

This is the third (?) knee/leg pillow I've tried and I love it. It fits well and stays most of the night. As a side sleeper I really need the support! Also the texture is not horrible, although I do use it in a pillowcase anyway.

I don't know if it's me or what. But I woke up with the worst back ache I have ever had. I had to lie on the floor for about half an hour and then did some back exercises, which helped give me some relief. My back is improving but I would not use this again.
