    Really helps with bi-pap nopse pillow

    I have had two versions, and this one works best for staying in place and helping my mouth to remain closed while sleeping. Purchased because of the size of the openings for the ears. The other product I tried was less generous, and it would either ride up over my ears or pinch them during the night.

    Ruby Style Adjustable Chin Strap

    I used to use a two piece chin strap which was prone to slipping of my head while sleeping, waking me up. the Ruby style Chin strap is one piece and stays securely on my head. It is an improvement over the two piece chin strap. I would recommend it to any CPAP user

    Ruby Style Adjustable Chin Strap

    Claims to be "fully adjustable, but it's not. Much prefer the non-adjustable chin straps, but they don't appear to be made anymore.

    Does the Job

    Does as expected - holds mouth closed. Firm but comfortable hold. I also use to hold nasal pillow mask in place by wearing it on outside of headgear & helps alot. Only cons are extremely aggressive male velcro strip wears out strap material too quickly & the usual stretching of straps that occurs quickly with all these types of chin straps.
