How To Adjust the Amara View CPAP Mask Crown Strap?
The crown strap is very important in achieving a proper seal. Use the tab located at the top of your head to adjust the crown strap.
This will move the mask upward closer to the bottom of your nose. Make final adjustments by evenly adjusting the top and bottom side straps. When properly fit you should be able to slide a finger underneath the top and bottom side straps.
Connect the mask quick-release tube to the device's tubing. Turn on the airflow and lie down for final adjustments. Breathe normally through your nose keeping your mouth slightly open. With your therapy pressure at the prescribed level, turn your head from side to side and identify any leaks that may interfere with sleep to remove the mask. Disconnect the headgear clips and pull the headgear over the top of your head.
