Can I track my sleep therapy with the Z2?

Yes. The Z2 has its own built-in app called Nitelog, which is free of charge.  The Nitelog app connects to your smartphone (Apple or Android) and stores your sleep data.  You can also share your sleep data with your doctor via email.
