Does the Breas Z2 come with a battery?

No, the Z2 does not include a battery.  Sold separately, Breas offers the PowerShell with Extended Life Battery.  This is an integrated battery that works for both the Z1 and Z2.  This battery is designed to maximize even the highest pressure settings of your sleep therapy.
