How do you turn off the Auto Start/Stop feature?

When enabled, the Auto Start feature will start the treatment automatically when the mask is placed on the face and you start to breathe. It will stop the treatment after the mask has been removed. To restart the treatment, place the mask back on your face and start to breathe through the mask.
