How to Disassemble Your Fisher and Paykel Forma Full Face Mask?

To prepare for washing, completely remove the headgear by detaching all four straps from the mask base.
The top straps are removed using the hidden strap releases. .
Slide the strap release down until you see the bottom of the hook, then slide out.
Remove the silicone seal and FlexiFoam™ Cushion from the mask base.
Separate the elbow from the mask base using a snapping motion.
After every use, you should wash your mask base and silicone seal.
The FlexiFoam™ Cushion should also be cleaned daily.
Do not immerse the FlexiFoam™ Cushion into water.
Wipe only with a damp cloth using the water from the basin.
Once a week you should also wash your headgear in warm soapy water.
After rinsing all items should be allowed to dry out of direct sunlight.
