How To Fit The Fisher & Paykel Zest Q Nasal CPAP Mask?
- Remove the Silicone Seal's plastic from the nasal cpap mask.
- With your free hand, spread the StretchgearTM Headgear just enough to fit securely over your head while holding your mask with one hand.
- Put the mask over your forehead, covering your nose, and slowly draw the Headgear over your head.
- Attach the GliderTM Strap to the Headgear.
- Pull the lower straps as far down the back of the neck as possible. To remove slack, gently secure the straps. Connect to a CPAP/Bi-Level computer and set the pressure to the recommended level.
