Turn the dial all the way to the left to completely extend the brow support.
Pull the headgear over your head and place the mask over your nose.
Connect the headgear clip to the mask frame by putting the lower straps below your ears. Adjust the headgear straps evenly until they are comfortable and firm.
Connect the swivel to the main air tubing. Then, with the free end of the air tubing connected to your CPAP machine, turn it on.
