How To Fix A Mask Leak?

If your mask is leaking you could have the wrong size mask. Consult with your physician who will review the sizing of your mask or you can use the Quattro Air fitting template to correctly size your face. A mask leak can also be caused because the cushion membrane is creased or has folded over. Refit your mask. Ensure you hold the cushion correctly on your face before pulling the headgear over your head. Don't slide the mask down your face during fitting as this may lead to folding or curling of the cushion. If you feel any air leaking out of your mask when the machine is blowing air, readjust the bottom tab evenly, and then finally the top taps. If there are still leaks simply reseal the mask by taking the cushion off of your face and then reapplying it until it seals properly. You may need to adjust the headgear for this step.
