ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Mask

Yes: The ResMed AirFit P10, like any other mask, can be used with any CPAP/BiPAP/VPAP machine. Standard CPAP tubing is used to connect the CPAP machine to the P10 AirFit.

The ResMed AirFit P10 mask is considered a Nasal Pillow mask. Two small openings are inserted into the nose. The AirFit P10 mask does not cover your mouth or cover your nose, it is slightly inserted into your nose.

The AirFit P10 was designed with a minimal design frame specifically to enable CPAP users the ability to read or watch TV while wearing glasses without interference from the mask. Not only is the AirFit P10 pillow replaceable, but it can also be replaced with a different size. Additionally, the Airfit P10 headgear can be replaced. The AirFit P10 is also very easily disassembled for cleaning and replacing parts.

Although it is difficult for a mask seal to remain leak free while sleeping on your side, the low profile of the AirFit P10 makes it much easier. In fact, because it only goes in the nose, the cheek is free to rest on the pillow without interference.

Beards and mustaches do present a challenge to CPAP masks. But because of its low profile and soft, pliable pillow cushion, it will do a better job staying leak-free than many other masks.
