Is the ResMed AirMini Auto CPAP automatic?
Yes, in fact, the AirMini has 3 different modes of operation. CPAP, AutoSet and AutoSet for Her. CPAP mode offers a fixed pressure setting. AutoSet allows the machine to automatically adjust pressure levels to fit your changing needs to ensure you're receiving the lowest pressure necessary.
Can I use any mask with the ResMed AirMini Auto CPAP?
There are currently 4 compatible masks that can be used with the AirMini (F30, F20, N20, or AirFitP10 for AirMini) and a setup pack, which includes the required tubing, humidifier, and connector.
How Small is the ResMed AirMini?
The AirMini is the smallest machine available today. It measures 5.4" L x 3.3" W x 2.1" and weighs 0.66 lbs.
Is there a humidification option for the AirMini?
Standard heated humidification is not an option for the AirMini at this time because of the unique hose and mask configurations. However, if using the AirFit P10 for AirMini or the AirFit N20 with the AIrMini Setup Pack, there are HumidX units included that offer waterless humidification. The HumidX collects moisture from exhaled breath and recycles it back to the user to help add comfort to therapy...
Are there Portable DC Battery Options?
Yes, there are 2 options.
The Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite battery is a great option, as the connectors to the AirMini are included and no inverter is needed.
While in a car or on a boat, you can purchase the optional ResMed DC 65-watt Converter. This device connects to DC sources through a cigarette lighter and provides continuous DC power while sleeping.
