    How long will this battery last with a full charge?
    The Pilot Lite Batteries will last 8 hours minimum and upwards to 16 hours with pressures of 10cm or lower, with the humidifier turned off, no heated tubing, and no excessive mask leaks.  More demanding configurations such as a BiPAP, higher pressures, or having a mask leak can result in lower run times.
    Will the battery indicate how much power is left?
    Yes, pressing the multi function button once will show the battery’s charge level.
    What is the USB Port used for?
    This can be used to charge handheld devices such as a smart phone.
    How long does it take to recharge the P-24 Lite Battery?
    The Pilot-24 Lite will charge in approximately 2-3 hours using the cpap machine power adapter. If charging the AirMini Travel CPAP, the time will increase to 7-9 hours.
    Do these batteries need to be periodically maintained?
    Yes, they do. The batteries must be charged every 6 months and before storage to maintain the cells. Not charging a near discharged battery for an extended period of time can void the warranty.
    What is the warranty of the battery?
    The warranty is 1 year from the date of the purchase.
    Is this battery FAA approved?
    Yes, the P-24 Lite battery is FAA approved, however you should always consult with your particular airline and flight to confirm that your battery can be taken with you in your carry-on prior to traveling.
    How to use the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite CPAP Battery Backup Power Supply?
    Keep your Resmed CPAP machine connected to the CPAP battery backup. If for any reason power fails, the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite activates automatically to maintain uninterrupted CPAP performance until electrical power is restored.
