What Are The Cleaning Instructions For Philips Respironics ComfortGel Blue Nasal CPAP Mask?
- Before using the mask for the first time, and on a regular basis, wash it by hand. Hand washes the headgear once a week or as appropriate. For regular mask washing, the headgear does not need to be removed.
- Hand washes the mask and headgear with a soft liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water. Do not use chlorine, alcohol, bleach, alcohol-based cleaning solutions, or cleaning solutions containing conditioners or moisturizers.
- Caution: Any divergence from these guidelines can have an effect on the product's output.
- Clean well with water and let air dry away from intense sunshine. Before using the mask, make sure it's fully dry. Dry the headgear on a flat surface or on a line. Do not use the dryer to dry the headgear.
- Inspection of the mask for injury or wear is recommended (cracking, creasing, tears, etc). As required, discard and replace any components.
