Replacement Headgear for the Fisher & Paykel Simplus Full Face CPAP Mask. This mask uses ErgoForm technology which makes it breathable. On this mask, the connection is located on the rear of the head, providing unrestricted movement of the head, up, down and sideways. The ErgoForm headgear has stretch and non-stretch panels providing stability while allowing the headgear to hold its shape for better performance. The velcro tabs connect with easy clip hooks for fast and easy removal and fit. The mask stability is enhanced by the adjustable crown straps.Package contains the headgear with headgear clips and buckle.
