Will these fit the standard Swift FX headgear?
This specific set is tailored for the Swift FX Bella (the version with loops that go around the ears). If you have the standard Swift FX with the silicone headgear that goes over the top of the head, we recommend our standard Swift FX Strap Covers. 
Do the pads make the loops feel tighter?
The fleece is very thin and compressible. While it adds a layer of cushion, it generally does not require you to change your mask size or loop tension. 
Are they sold as a complete set?
Yes. This package includes both the cheek pads and the ear pads to provide 360-degree comfort for your Bella mask.
