C-Flex+ Pressure Relief Technology: C-Flex+ is our newest enhancement to comfort relief. Like C-Flex, C-Flex+ provides flow-based pressure relief at the beginning of exhalation and softens the pressure transition from inhalation to exhalation to provide additional comfort.

Quiet comfort: With the addition of our advanced WhisperSmart technology, designed to make our industry-leading Flex Family of pressure relief technologies operate more quietly, System One is one of the quietest devices on the market when it matters most: when patients are breathing on it.

System One Humidity Control with Dry Box Technology: The INCLUDED System One Heated Humidifier analyzes ambient temperature, changing environmental conditions, relative humidity, and therapy flow to deliver optimum humidity – and ultimate comfort – throughout the night while also dramatically reducing rainout. Dry Box technology isolates the humidfier's water source from the inner workings of the device to protect against accidental spillage and water damage.

Encore patient management: On-board memory has been added to the CPAP as well as storing information on a generic SD Memory card and reads through any SD card reader. Data storage capacity minimum Display: Compliance VIC 7- and 30-day averages (SD Card: >1 year) (On-board: up to 6 months)

DC Power: This CPAP Machine is equipped with a DC plug on the back of the unit. This allows the user to connect the to an external DC battery source. The Respironics DC cord with the PR System One REMstar PRO CPAP can be powered by plugging into a cigarette lighter plug. This is ideal for traveling by car, boat, or recreational vehicle that is equipped with a cigarette lighter plug
