How frequently do I have to change the filters?
Under normal use which is considered to be 12 hours per day, the carbon filter and the Pre-filter should be changed after every 4 months whereas the Core filter can be changed after 18 months.

What is Celios technology?
Celios G200 advanced air purification technology provides the purest air for breathing. The air is passed through a 3-stage filtration process followed by the airtight assembly which filters out 99.9% of harmful particles like dust, mold, allergens, viruses, etc. from the air.
If a wall outlet is available to power the SoClean room air purifier, shall I take out the battery?
Yes, if you want to primarily run this device through the wall outlet power, then you can remove the battery. It is advised that you fully charge the lithium-ion smart battery and then store it.

The Celios G200 advanced technology is 3000 times more efficient than the HEPA standards and has the ability to eliminate particles down to 10 nanometers.
How can I check whether this home air purifier is working or not?
The SoClean air purifier cleans the air through the G200 and when it is turned on, you will hear a beep from the Core. The main panel will illuminate, and you will hear the sound of the running fan. Although the main panel will not illuminate when the device is in night mode you will hear the beep and the sound of the fan.
Are filters of G200 reusable after cleaning?
The filters of this home air purifier should only be replaced and not cleaned as they are not reusable.
Does this purifier keep me safe from Volatile Organic Compounds also?
VOC (volatile organic compounds), such as toluene, D-limonene, and formaldehyde, are filtered out by the granulated activated carbon filter which completely absorbs VOC.
Can I get contaminated by the filters?
No, the filters keep the harmful elements trapped even when you remove them. So, handling the filters is safe and completely harmless.
Do I have to remember the date of the filter change?
The SoClean Air Purifiers will notify you when the filters require replacement through an alert on the LED panel.
Does the filtration process release any byproducts which can be harmful?
The advanced purification technology of Celios G200 doesn’t use chemicals or perform a chemical reaction so there are no byproducts generated. The air is purified through a 3-stage filtration process which is a purely mechanical process.
What is the optimum place to place a SoClean Air Purifier?
You can place it near your bed, or on a table, or your desk where the surface is flat and stable and the intake at the bottom of the cover will not be covered. You can also place it on the table near your baby’s crib.
